INGREDIENTS: 900 g boiled potatoes; 300 g flour "0"; no.1 egg; salt. DIRECTIONS: Mix the ingredients together by hand until an even mixture is obtained. Roll into oblong shapes to cut into 2 cm each one; then shape them using a fork and 2 fingers.
