Potatoes Gateau


Potatoes - 1 kg                       

Butter - 100 g.

Ham steak - 100 g.                 

Eggs - no. 2

Mozzarella cheese - no. 1             

Grated Parmesan Cheese - 100 g.

Milk - 100 g.   

Salt and pepper



  • Wash potatoes.
  • Boil them in salted water for 40 minutes
  • In the meantime slice thinly ham steak and mozzarella cheese.
  • As potatoes are well cooked, leave them to cool, peel them and press them into a bowl with the help of a potato masher.
  • Add and blend eggs, Parmesan cheese, milk, ham steak and mozzarella cheese, butter, salt and pepper.
  • Grease with butter a pan and sprinkle breadcrumbs on.
  • Put the misture in the pan, make level with the help of a fork and sprinkle bread crumbs on with very small pieces of butter.
  • Put in the oven at 200° C – 30 minutes
